Supervision: 3-4 people
Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and handle a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
- The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be client-focused, possess efficient interpersonal skills, and be flexible
- The candidates should be organized, reliable, and a team player
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to assign sales workers to duties, establish work schedules, and supervise and coordinate the activities of workers
- The candidates should be able to hire and train or arrange for training of staff, and authorize payments by cheque
- The candidates should be able to order merchandise, authorize the return of merchandise, and sell merchandise
- The candidates should be able to prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, and organize and maintain inventory
- The candidates should be able to resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
