Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing tasks efficiently and effectively under pressure
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate accurate client focus with efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organization, reliability, and be team players
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to assign sales workers to duties, hire and train staff or arrange for their training, and authorize payments by cheque
- The candidates should be able to authorize the return of merchandise, establish work schedules, and sell merchandise
- The candidates should be able to prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, resolve issues that may arise including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages, and organize and maintain inventory
- The candidates should be able to supervise and coordinate activities of workers.
