Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of bachelor’s degree
Experience: Candidates should have two years experience in the relevant field

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should demonstrate adaptability in crisis situations, along with the ability to remain composed and make sound decisions under pressure
  • The candidates should possess teamwork and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to work well independently and a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and precision
  • The candidates should be prepared to work in an open office environment, which may be stressful due to continual and interruptive work and interactions with others
  • The candidates should be able to perform repetitive tasks on a regular basis, demonstrating good hand dexterity for continual phone and computer use, as well as a high level of visual and mental concentration
  • The candidates should be able to maintain accuracy and handle a high volume of work while meeting deadlines and requests from Social Workers and Access Orders from the Courts

  • The candidates should have a proven ability to provide outstanding client service, especially in crisis-driven situations
  • The candidates should have effective verbal and written communication skills, along with strong organizational abilities and proficient in various computer applications
  • The candidates should have knowledge of scheduling practices within an adjusted work-hour environment
  • The candidates should have a general understanding of the services offered by the Department and other community agencies

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to ensure the seamless management of schedules, requiring regular updates and modifications based on evolving requirements
  • The candidates should be able to monitor the regional access and transport schedule, ensuring its accuracy and timeliness for a large team and clients
  • The candidates should be able to foster strong collaboration with Team Leads, Case Aides, and other departmental colleagues to maintain the schedule’s integrity and efficiency
  • The candidates should be able to engage with various stakeholders, including parents, foster parents, daycares, and other professionals, using various communication channels such as phone calls, emails, and text messages
