Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language

Experience: Candidates should have 3 to 5 years’ of underground experience
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be self-motivated with the ability to work alone
- The candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- The candidates should be able to read mine plans or drawings
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have accreditation in underground (U or G) common core modules and specialty modules
- The candidates should demonstrate a strong safety focus and possess previous experience as a bolter
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to install ground support according to company standards
- The candidates should be able to install and maintain services and load development rounds efficiently
- The candidates should be able to prepare development faces for the Jumbo man and meet daily productivity goals set for the job
- The candidates should be able to perform pre-operational inspections on equipment and operate it efficiently and safely
- The candidates should be able to adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while performing duties
