Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should have enthusiasm for welcoming and assisting customers and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • The candidates should be committed to maintaining a safe and fun working environment and work weekend shifts, including Friday nights, Saturdays, and Sundays, as well as all holidays (including Black Friday, Christmas Eve, and Boxing Week) until the end of December

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to help customers find the perfect products on their holiday shopping list as a Retail Sales Associate
  • The candidates should be able to process purchases at the checkout and assist customers in leaving with new tech they love as a Customer Service Representative
  • The candidates should be able to keep the store looking great by organizing and replenishing inventory on the shelves as a Merchandiser, ensuring critical inventory checks are done more than twice during the holidays
  • The candidates should be able to prepare and package online orders, making holiday shopping a breeze for customers as an Online Order Pick-Up Specialist
  • The candidates should be able to enhance customers’ tech experiences by setting up and maintaining their devices as an In-Store Service Agent
