Work setting:Â Construction site, Financial institution, Government department and/or agency, Hotel, motel, resort, Industrial facility or establishment, Museum, Public event, Retail/wholesale establishment/distribution centre, and Shopping centre or mall
Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Own tools/equipment:Â Cellular phone
Security and safety:Â Criminal record check and Driving record check (abstract).
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have 20/20 vision and a keen attention to detail
- The work may involve a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
- The candidates should be comfortable sitting for extended periods
- The candidates should be comfortable standing for extended periods and with tasks involving walking
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills and demonstrate excellent oral communication
- The candidates should exhibit sound judgment in decision-making and be reliable in meeting job responsibilities
- The candidates should be effective team players
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to enforce regulations to maintain order, resolve conflicts, and monitor establishment activities
- The candidates should be able to patrol assigned areas
- The candidates should be able to prevent and detect shoplifting and theft in retail establishments
