Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Credentials: Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks, and other 2-axle vehicles) and Security Guard License
Security and safety: Criminal record check

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should demonstrate attention to detail and be prepared for physically demanding tasks
• The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods and be comfortable with walking as part of their duties

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills and demonstrate excellent oral communication
• The candidates should exercise good judgment, exhibit reliability, and be a team player

Candidate Status:

• Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to assist clients/guests with special needs and produce reports
• The candidates should be able to check age identification of patrons and enforce regulations to maintain order, resolve conflicts, and monitor establishment activities
• The candidates should be able to investigate unlawful acts of employees or patrons of establishments, recommend security systems, and patrol assigned areas
• The candidates should be able to prevent and detect shoplifting and theft in retail establishments
