Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or Intermediate or a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have minimum of 3-5 years of outside sales experience (B2B)

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have experience selling to the C-Suite
  • The candidates should possess outstanding presentation skills, communication, and relationship-building abilities
  • The candidates should be highly self-motivated with attention to detail

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to ensure consistent hunting/prospecting to net new businesses by leveraging best-practice strategies in order to exceed individual sales quota
  • The candidates should be able to manage accounts with an outcome of increased customer satisfaction and an increase in retention and account growth
  • The candidates should be able to develop, prepare, and execute formal presentations that are tailored to meet our potential/existing customers’ needs
  • The candidates should be able to research and analyze their territory’s sales potential and determine the value of existing and prospective customers to the organization
  • The candidates should be able to visit customers to develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors
