Salary: $35.00 to $42.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 35 hours per week

Supervision: 3-4 people

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as Bachelor’s degree
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 years to less than 3 years
Area of specialization: Accounting
Computer and technology knowledge: Cantax, Quick Books, Caseware/Caseview, MS Office, Internet, MS Excel, MS Windows, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should be accurate, have a client focus, and be dependable
  • The candidates should exhibit efficient interpersonal skills, have excellent oral communication skills, and possess excellent written communication skills
  • The candidates should be organized, reliable, work well as a team player, and be able to multitask

Candidate Status:

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to identify clients’ financial goals and objectives, plan, set up, and administer accounting systems, and train staff
  • The candidates should be able to analyze clients’ financial records, ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards, procedures, and internal control, and prepare financial information for individuals, departments, or companies
  • The candidates should be able to develop financial plans for clients, prepare financial statements and reports, and prepare income tax returns from accounting records
  • The candidates should be able to review and examine financial services and institutions to ensure compliance with governing legislation and regulation, analyze financial documents and reports, and examine accounting records
  • The candidates should be able to provide financial, business, and tax advice, keep financial records and establish, maintain, and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems, and oversee payroll administration
