Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language and proficient in Mandarin and Vietnamese
Education: Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Commerce or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 3 to less than 5 years
Area of specialization: E-commerce, Buying, Market analysis, Product selection, Negotiation, Distribution, Pricing
Computer and technology knowledge: Spreadsheet, Internet, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word
Own tools/equipment: Cellular phone and Computer

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to maintain adequate stock levels, ensuring that inventory meets demand while minimizing excess stock, and negotiate prices, discounts, credit terms, and transportation arrangements with suppliers to secure favorable terms
- The candidates should be able to oversee the distribution of merchandise to outlets, coordinating logistics and ensuring timely delivery, and review the requirements of the establishment and determine the quantity and type of merchandise to purchase based on demand and trends
- The candidates should be able to select and purchase merchandise for resale, considering factors such as quality, price, and market demand, and supervise the work of other buyers, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient purchasing processes
- The candidates should be able to visit trade shows, showrooms, factories, and product design events to stay updated on industry trends and source new merchandise, and plan and control the budget and inventory effectively, optimizing resources and minimizing costs
- The candidates should be able to monitor for quality, conducting inspections and audits to ensure that merchandise meets established standards
