Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of Bachelor’s degree
Experience: Candidates should have 1 year of experience in technical troubleshooting and writing code in one or more programming languages

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have 5 years of experience in technical project management, stakeholder management, professional services, solution development, or technical consulting and 1 year of experience in technical leadership
  • The candidates should have a Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Applied Science, or a related field and 8 years of experience in system design
  • The candidates should have 8 years of experience coding in one or more programming languages Java, C++ and Python
  • The candidates should have 8 years of experience in operations management process improvement, operational reviews, optimizing workflows or in a customer-facing role
  • The candidates should have 8 years of experience with data analysis, customer-side web technologies, and project management
  • The candidates should have experience implementing strategic and large-scale initiatives and projects in a change-oriented, fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to contribute to the design of an integrated roadmap by translating business strategies into technical delivery plans, understanding strategic business needs, and defining solutions
  • The candidates should be able to determine gaps in existing systems, architecture, and solutions, and build plans to address them effectively
  • The candidates should be able to work with technical development teams to launch tools across various organizations and ensure successful implementation
  • The candidates should be able to participate in regular business and technology reviews between Extended Workforce Solutions and technology teams to ensure alignment on strategy, plans, and execution of key milestones
  • The candidates should be able to contribute to testing products or solutions for customers or partners before release through different phases, such as internal testing and user acceptance testing
  • The candidates should be able to contribute efforts to transform infrastructure, including surfacing requirements, setting timelines, leading sprints and pilots, and managing change with local partners
