We make wines from our own brewery. We make both red and white wines. We sell our products locally as well as export. We guarantee purity with taste. Shifts: Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, Overtime, On Call, Flexible Hours, Early Morning and Morning
Work Setting: Restaurant and pub
Weight handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language.
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates need experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Physical Requirements:
- The candidate should be able for bending, crouching, kneeling
- The candidate should be able to work in fast-paced environment
- The candidate should be able to handle heavy loads
- The candidate should be able to work overtime
- The candidate should be able to work under pressure
- The candidate should be physically strong
- The candidate should be able to stand for extended periods

Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages
- The candidate should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns
- The candidate should be able to prepare and serve specialty food at customers’ tables
- The candidate should be able to present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travellers cheques or room billings
- The candidate should be able to describe menu items including daily specials for customers
- The candidate should be able to advise on menu selections
- The candidate should be able to balance cash and record sales
- The candidate should be able to clear and clean tables, trays and chairs
- The candidate should be able to describe and advise on wine selection
- The candidate should be able to greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
- The candidate should be able to serve food and beverages
- The candidate should be able to take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
- The candidate should be able to assist clients/guests with special needs
- The candidate should be able to provide customer service
