Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Credentials: Serving It Right Certificate

Physical Requirements:

The candidates should be capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and be able to stand for extended periods

Candidate Status:

Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

The candidates should be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages, address customers’ complaints or concerns, and present bills to customers, accepting payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travellers cheques, or room billings
The candidates should be able to describe menu items, including daily specials, clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, and greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages
The candidates should be able to serve food and beverages, take orders, relay them to kitchen and bar staff, and provide customer service
