Salary: $15.30 hourly for 35 to 40 hours per week

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the Bilingual Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset

Physical Requirements:

The candidates should be able to handle heavy loads, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and work effectively under pressure
The candidates should be comfortable standing for extended periods, capable of tasks involving bending, crouching, and kneeling, and able to handle heavy loads

Other Requirements:

The candidates should demonstrate a strong focus on meeting client needs, possess efficient interpersonal skills, and exhibit excellent oral communication abilities
The candidates should display flexibility in adapting to various situations, show initiative in taking on tasks and problem-solving, and be reliable and consistent in fulfilling their responsibilities

Candidate Status:

Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

The candidates should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns, advise on menu selections, and provide customer service
The candidates should be able to prepare and serve specialty food at customers’ tables, describe menu items including daily specials for customers, and take orders
The candidates should be able to present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travelers cheques, or room billings, balance cash and record sales, and supervise other servers and bussing staff
The candidates should be able to greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages, serve food and beverages, and assist clients/guests with special needs
The candidates should be able to clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, train staff, and take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
