Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be capable of bending, crouching, and kneeling, as well as comfortable standing for extended periods
- The candidates should thrive in a fast-paced environment and be prepared for physically demanding tasks
- The candidates should be able to work effectively under pressure and handle weights up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should prioritize client focus and demonstrate excellent oral communication skills
- The candidates should display flexibility and be organized
- The candidates should demonstrate reliability and be team players
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages and enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations.
- The candidates should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns and provide customer service.
- The candidates should be able to prepare and serve specialty food at customers’ tables and describe menu items, including daily specials, for customers.
- The candidates should be able to present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travelers cheques, or room billings, as well as balance cash and record sales.
- The candidates should clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, and should be able to serve food and beverages.
- The candidates should take orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff, as well as advise on menu selections
