Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, handle physically demanding tasks, and stand for extended periods
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be client-focused, demonstrate excellent oral communication, and work effectively as a team player
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns, present bills to customers, and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travellers cheques, or room billings
- The candidates should be able to describe menu items including daily specials for customers, advise on menu selections, and take orders to relay to kitchen and bar staff
- The candidates should be able to greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, answer questions regarding food and beverages, and serve food and beverages
- The candidates should be able to clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, and provide customer service
