Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns, greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages
- The candidates should be able to describe menu items, including daily specials, for customers, advise on menu selections, and take orders, relaying them to kitchen and bar staff
- The candidates should be able to serve food and beverages, prepare and serve specialty food at customers’ tables, present bills to customers, and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travellers cheques, or room billings
- The candidates should be able to clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs and provide customer service.
