Salary: $17.00 to $18.75 hourly (To be negotiated) for 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: Vancouver, BC
Work setting: Formal dining room
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English or French Language
Education: Candidates don’t need any degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to present bills to customers, accept payment in various forms, and order and maintain inventory of wines and wine glassware
- The candidates should be able to describe menu items, including daily specials, advise on menu selections, and greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages
- The candidates should be able to take orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff, as well as provide customer service
