Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Credentials:Â Responsible Beverage Service Certificate, Smart Serve, Safe Food Handling certificate, Serving It Safe program certification, Serving It Right Certificate
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure
- The candidates should be capable of handling heavy loads and performing physically demanding tasks
- The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have a client focus, possess efficient interpersonal skills, and demonstrate initiative
- The candidates should have excellent oral communication, be organized, and reliable, while also being team players
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to organize and set up the bar, clean the bar area, and wash glassware
- The candidates should be able to serve food or snacks, clean the draft beer system, and advise on wine selection
- The candidates should be able to inform customers about the contents of cocktails or other drinks, collect payments, and operate the cash register
- The candidates should be able to operate video lottery terminals, record and balance beverage sales, and store beverage and food product.
- The candidates should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns, enforce liquor legislation and regulations, and prepare mixed drinks, wine, draft or bottled beer, and non-alcoholic beverages
- The candidates should be able to take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons
