Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English or French Language
Education: Candidates should have standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should demonstrate a proven ability to adapt to new technologies, innovate, follow instructions attentively, and effectively manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines
  • The candidates should proficiency in fundamental computer skills, including web browsing and standard applications such as Excel and Word

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should hold an Automotive Service Technicians License, or have the desire to become a Technician Apprentice through provincial schooling (Canada only)
  • The candidates should be in possession of Section 609 Refrigerant handling certification and valid driver’s license in the country of employment
  • The candidates should provide evidence of a “safety first” attitude

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to execute both basic and advanced diagnostic and repair work on all Tesla products and collaborate with team members to maximize repair efficiency and ensure exceptional product delivery, including vehicle cleaning and detailing
  • The candidates should be able to operate a variety of high-quality hand, power, and shop tools, utilizing a company-supplied laptop for diagnostics and online training and accurately documenting repairs and inspecting and maintaining shop equipment, requesting replacements as necessary
  • The candidates should be able to provide direct feedback to Tesla’s design and engineering teams to continuously enhance repair procedures and products, maintaining a collaborative, inclusive, and respectful attitude in a dynamic environment
  • The candidates should be able to collaborate with some of the most brilliant technicians and engineers globally, engaging in cutting-edge automotive technology and working on the most advanced cars currently in production
