Supervision: 3-4 people, 5-10 people, and Food service counter attendants and food preparers
Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 yearÂ

Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, stand for extended periods, and handle physically demanding tasks
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be client-focused, have efficient interpersonal skills, and possess excellent oral communication skills

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to establish methods to meet work schedules, supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- The candidates should be able to estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address customers’ complaints or concerns
- The candidates should be able to maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, prepare and submit reports, and have knowledge of the establishment’s culinary genres.
- The candidates should be able to establish work schedules
