Supervision: 11-15 people and Food service counter attendants and food preparers
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods
- The candidates should be able to work in a noisy area and in hot area
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be client focus, flexible, reliable, should have efficient interpersonal skills, and be able to work as a team player
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to establish methods to meet work schedules, supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- The candidates should be able to estimate and order ingredients and supplies, hire food service staff, and ensure food service and quality control
- The candidates should be able to prepare a budget and cost estimates, address customers’ complaints or concerns, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- The candidates should be able to prepare and submit reports, prepare food order summaries for the chef, supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys, and establish work schedules
