Shifts: Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, Flexible Hours, Early Morning, Morning
Work setting: On-site customer service, restaurant
Supervision: 11-15 people, food service counter attendants, and food preparers

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be comfortable working in both noisy environments and hot conditions
  • The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively under pressure
  • The candidates should be capable of standing for extended periods, maintaining productivity and focus

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should prioritize client focus and possess efficient interpersonal skills.
  • The candidates should demonstrate flexibility and be team players, adaptable to diverse situations and collaborative environments

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, as well as train them in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • The candidates should be able to estimate and order ingredients and supplies, ensuring food service and quality control
  • The candidates should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns promptly and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
