Work setting: On-site customer service, restaurant
Supervision: 11-15 people, food service counter attendants, and food preparers
Requirements:
Languages:ย Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working in both noisy environments and hot conditions
- The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively under pressure
- The candidates should be capable of standing for extended periods, maintaining productivity and focus
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should prioritize client focus and possess efficient interpersonal skills.
- The candidates should demonstrate flexibility and be team players, adaptable to diverse situations and collaborative environments
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, as well as train them in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- The candidates should be able to estimate and order ingredients and supplies, ensuring food service and quality control
- The candidates should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns promptly and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
