Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Physical Requirements:

- The candidates should be capable of working under pressure
- The candidates should be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
- The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods if required

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to establish methods to meet work schedules efficiently
- The candidates should be able to supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food effectively
- The candidates should be able to train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures thoroughly
- The candidates should be able to estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation accurately
- The candidates should be able to have capability to hire food service staff proficiently
- The candidates should be able to ensure food and service to meet quality control standards consistently
- The candidates should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns promptly and effectively
- The candidates should be able to maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage meticulously
- The candidates should be able to prepare and submit reports regularly is necessary
- The candidates should be able to prepare food order summaries for the chef accurately
- The candidates should be able to have knowledge of the establishment’s culinary genres is essential
- The candidates should be able to supervise and check the assembly of trays meticulously
