Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of minimum High School
Experience: Candidates should have experience handling damaged goods returns
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to use equipment such as a fax machine for minimal ordering
- The candidates should be able to perform very physical tasks including heavy lifting and moving of goods
- The candidates should be able to work in and out of cool temperatures, including cooler or freezer environments
- The candidates should be able to manage temperature control of goods, including receiving, storing, and shipping
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have similar experience with documentation and record keeping and high school level math skills
- The candidates should have strong communication skills, high school level reading skills and high school level writing skills
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to receive product from vendors, check the temperature of frozen and refrigerated products and rotate product
- The candidates should be able to check bills of lading and invoices for accuracy and check for damage and quality of products
- The candidates should be able to prepare orders for shipping, including labeling for distribution
- The candidates should be able to organize orders, including frozen, dry goods, and refrigerated items
- The candidates should be able to perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
