Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English and French Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate the ability to multitask effectively and stand for the entire shift
- The candidates should perform repetitive tasks consistently and quickly and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have basic math skills and possess intermediate computer skills
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to process orders efficiently using Money-Works and SAP ERP systems
- The candidates should be able to handle invoice processing and create order documentation accurately
- The candidates should be able to prepare and manage shipping documents while maintaining document control and maintain an accurate inbound and outbound shipping log
- The candidates should be able to monitor inventory levels and order supplies and inventory items and inspect and receive raw materials and finished goods
- The candidates should be able to book courier and transportation services effectively and collaborate with team members and prioritize customer
- The candidates should be able to perform weekly and monthly inventory counts, ensuring status and batch-level accuracy
- The candidates should be able to communicate daily warehouse needs to the operations manager and packaging lead and maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to “clean as you go” practices
- The candidates should be able to load and unload trucks safely using a forklift and undertake other duties as assigned to support operations
