Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate attention to detail, and perform repetitive tasks
• The candidates should be able to handle heavy loads, manage physically demanding tasks, and perform bending, crouching, and kneeling
• The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should be able to show efficient interpersonal skills, communicate effectively in oral form, accuracy, dependability, and take initiative
• The candidates should be able to demonstrate sound judgment, stay organized, and demonstrate reliability
• The candidates should be able to work as a team player

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to prepare bills of lading, invoices, and other shipping documents, assemble containers and crates, and inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents
• The candidates should be able to maintain internal record-keeping systems, record shortages while rejecting damaged goods, and route goods to appropriate storage areas
• The candidates should be able to pack goods to be shipped, unpack goods received, and affix identifying information and shipping instructions on shipments
• The candidates should be able to pay and receive payments for goods

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
• Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
