Salary: $19.50 hourly for 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: Coquitlam, BC
Shifts: Day, Morning
Work setting: Moving and storage company
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position.
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to determine method of shipment, schedule distribution of goods
- The candidates should be able to schedule transportation conveyances, assemble containers and crates
- The candidates should be able to inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents
- The candidates should be able to record shortages and reject damaged goods, route goods to appropriate storage areas, pack goods to be shipped
- The candidates should be able to unpack goods received and oversee loading and unloading of goods
