Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to determine the method of shipment and schedule the distribution of goods efficiently
  • The candidates should be able to prepare bills of lading, invoices, and other necessary shipping documents accurately
  • The candidates should be able to inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other relevant documents, maintaining accuracy in inventory records
  • The candidates should be able to record shortages, reject damaged goods, and route items to appropriate storage areas
  • The candidates should be able to handle packing and unpacking of goods, ensuring proper labeling and identification
  • The candidates should oversee the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and shipping instructions
  • The candidates should maintain an internal record-keeping system to track shipments and inventory effectively
