Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of Level 1 ski or snowboard certification
Experience: Candidates should have administration or sales-related experience in the snow school field

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should have a proven ability to work with ticketing and sales software and ability to take initiative, be highly organized, effectively communicate, and manage groups
  • The candidates should be flexible and adaptable under changing conditions and priorities and work weekends and holidays

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have supervisory experience, possess leadership skills and scheduling experience
  • The candidates should have a working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Google Drive, payroll experience

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to possess extensive knowledge of ski school programs and resort activities and events and schedule desk staff, ensuring a balance between labor costs and excellent customer service
  • The candidates should be able to provide information and book ski school programs according to guest needs and work with the sales department to fulfill group bookings
  • The candidates should be able to uphold PMV and outlet policies and, in conjunction with Employee Experience, discipline employees
  • The candidates should be able to train desk staff on sales and customer service procedures, as well as the point-of-sale system
  • The candidates should be able to oversee department administrative tasks and assist in the implementation of resort programs, organize special events, and assist other departments with functions
  • The candidates should be able to produce perfect payroll weekly, be available to work on statutory holidays for payroll submission, and approve all snow school employee shifts in Dayforce prior to weekly payroll cutoff
  • The candidates should be able to process daily sales and ensure cash outs are balanced at the end of the day and ensure all methods of communication are correct and updated regularly
  • The candidates should be able to be accountable for the daily maintenance of grounds, equipment, and amenities in the department area
