Position: Snow shoveller – grounds maintenance
No of Vacancies: 6
Salary: $20.00 to $23.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 170 to 172 hours per month
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: Calgary, AB
Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Overtime, On Call, Early Morning, Morning
Transportation information: Own transportation and Public transportation is not available

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Area of work experience: Snow removal
Architectural specialization: Commercial
Equipment and machinery experience: Pick-up truck, Small engine equipment, and Tractor
Own tools/equipment: Gloves and Cellular phone
Security and safety: Driver’s validity licence check

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors and capable of handling wet or damp working conditions
• The candidates should be able to work efficiently in noisy environments and be adept at working in a fast-paced setting
• The candidates should be capable of efficiently working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines, with experience in handling repetitive tasks with precision
• The candidates should possess the physical strength to handle heavy loads in a physically demanding role, exhibit manual dexterity in performing tasks with accuracy, and demonstrate a high level of attention to detail
• The candidates should have strong hand-eye coordination and be adaptable to a combination of sitting, standing, and walking as part of their work routine
• The candidates should be comfortable with tasks that involve bending, crouching, and kneeling

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
• Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
