Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have Bachelors degree, in the areas of business administration/commerce (finance/accounting, marketing) non-profit management or related fields
Experience: Candidates should have 5 to 7 years of demonstrated, progressive experience in related fields (social investment, finance/accounting, marketing, non-profit sector)

  • The candidates should be skilled at community partnership negotiations and activating community partnerships and plans
  • The candidates should demonstrate proficiency in project management, showcasing exemplary organizational skills with a keen eye for detail, excellent time management skills, the ability to prioritize for impact, and lead multiple initiatives at once
  • The candidates should be creative, critical, and strategic problem solvers, capable of working with data sets to derive insights and translate them into proposed solutions, plans, and reports
  • The candidates should possess a strong understanding of budgeting and financial statements
  • The candidates should have outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work across teams and functions internally and with a cross-section of external partners
  • The candidates should demonstrate an understanding of Foundation operations and not-for-profit management

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to lead social investment partnerships and implement specific enterprise programs and sponsorships and design and implement a reporting, measurement, and evaluation structure for Social Investment and maintain the relationship with the technology platform, Benevity
  • The candidates should be able to serve as the primary point of contact to provide advice, counsel, and support to regional representatives around the world, ensuring investments align with global strategy and regional plans
  • The candidates should be able to handle select social investment partnerships, including partnership negotiations and activations and lead the design and implementation of a new social investment Measurement and Evaluation Framework based on standard process models
  • The candidates should be able to provide support and guidance to regional social investment representatives on reviewing requests and partnership activations in alignment with enterprise strategies and regional plans
  • The candidates should be able to design internal and external reporting structures to communicate impact and influence evidence-based decision-making and assist with the overall management of global Social Investment budgets by preparing annual budget forecasts and submissions, completing monthly and annual budget analysis and reporting
  • The candidates should be able to analyze data and track performance metrics against program objectives for internal and external reporting, including working with datasets to derive insights for decision-making and providing advice on solutions for operational improvements
  • The candidates should be able to lead internal and external annual audits (London Benchmarking Group) and produce final reports for public disclosure
  • The candidates should be able to lead the end-to-end relationship with technology service providers (Benevity) and find opportunities to improve user experience, processes, and realize efficiencies, including leading major enhancement project planning and implementation
  • The candidates should be able to support the planning and delivery of priority project plans for the broader social investment team by developing project plans, performing research, deriving insights to inform approach, and tracking and reporting on deliverables/results
  • The candidates should be able to develop and implement appropriate governance practices, including the annual review of policies, standards, and operating guidelines, ensuring all operations of the function are carried out in accordance with applicable laws/regulatory requirements
