Requirements:

Education: Candidates should have completion of hold a Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Information Technology or Engineering
Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of 10 years of IT experience, including at least 5 years as a solution expert working with integrated Enterprise systems

Other Requirements:
- The candidates should an advanced degree in a related area and demonstrate effective organizational skills and strong attention to detail for producing high-quality deliverables
- The candidates should have Snowflake certifications as a mandatory qualification and possess strong knowledge of ETL/ELT frameworks using Snowflake, Talend, Azure Data Factory, and Databricks Notebooks (Pyspark)
- The candidates should have expertise in warehousing concepts and Snowflake-based Enterprise Warehouses and strong knowledge of Azure-based architecture and services, including RBAC, AAD, VM, ADLS, Azure DevOps, and Event Hubs
- The candidates should be knowledgeable in designing and implementing Gen AI-based solutions, particularly on Snowflake
- The candidates should have advanced expertise with data manipulation and visualization tools such as Power BI and experience working in at least one RDBMS environment, such as MS SQL Server or Oracle
- The candidates should demonstrate expert knowledge of SQL and the ability to apply SQL creatively to diverse business requirements and strong knowledge of ETL/ELT tools such as Talend and best practices for ETL development
- The candidates should have experience designing and implementing real-time ingestion and processing frameworks and be proficient in building secure architectures using encryption, Azure Key Vault, access control, network security, and advanced data security
- The candidates should have experience organizing and maintaining data processes to meet ongoing data warehouse lifecycle and demonstrate expertise in data modeling, including Dimensional Data Modeling, Data Marts, and Data Vault 2.0 modeling principles
- The candidates should have knowledge of Master Data and Reference Data concepts and solutions and demonstrate knowledge of Big Data concepts and Cloud solutions, including Azure and have good knowledge of Data Governance principles and tools such as Collibra
- The candidates should demonstrate strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to learn new tools and systems and possess knowledge of APIs, web services concepts, standards, and formats such as JSON, XML, and XML Schema and experience designing and implementing large data workloads, with attention to security, scalability, and high performance
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to create detailed solution designs and conduct reviews across relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment with overall business needs, including developing architecture overviews, detailed solution architecture, and necessary documentation for architecture decisions
- The candidates should be able to analyze, document, and optimize the overall solution architecture by developing design principles, models, plans, internal standards, budgets, and processes in alignment with industry best practices
- The candidates should be able to provide technical oversight and recommendations on data infrastructure (on-premises and cloud), data engineering, and BI tool configuration to project teams
- The candidates should be able to participate in the selection of relevant technologies and products when solicited to ensure the best technological fit and present and socialize proposed solutions to technical boards during review sessions and effectively communicate designs to audiences with limited expertise in the selected technology
- The candidates should be able to support the delivery of solutions by providing insights to development teams and project managers, facilitating effective planning and execution of delivery activities
- The candidates should be able to support implementation processes in collaboration with internal and external development teams, participate in project-related activities, and enforce guidelines and standards for production teams
- The candidates should be able to assume responsibility for the quality of implemented solutions, ensuring adherence to technology strategies, standards, and best practices as defined by the enterprise architecture team
- The candidates should be able to provide architectural leadership to development teams, serving as the primary architect resource and offering technical guidance and leadership throughout the implementation process
- The candidates should be able to create solution architecture documents that describe and explain solution attributes and associated benefits, maintaining documentation in collaboration with enterprise architects and other solution architects
- The candidates should be able to support the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement in solution management methodologies, including gathering feedback after solution implementation and build standard solution templates for various business use cases, ensuring consistency and reusability in future projects
