Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language

Experience: Candidates should have 6 to 8 years of IT technology, operations, and leadership experience in a large company
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be self-motivated, independent workers with an investigative mindset and demonstrate the ability to multi-task, manage tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities

Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have at least 4 years in cybersecurity and risk and compliance roles and demonstrate extensive application security, SDLC, and integration understanding
- The candidates should be proficient in application security testing, penetration testing, and conducting tabletop exercises
- The candidates should possess a current information security certification CISSP and CISM and strong knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, protocols, industry best practices, and regulations such as SOX, PCI DSS, ISO, CoBIT, NIST, PIPEDA, and GDPR
- The candidates should exhibit exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills and be results-oriented with a proactive, methodical problem-solving approach
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to collaborate with Strategic Procurement to facilitate the sourcing process and onboarding of third parties for cyber assurance activities
- The candidates should be able to lead third-party cyber risk assessments at all stages, including pre- and post-contracting, as well as ongoing monitoring, ensuring alignment with internal security policies and external standards
- The candidates should be able to ensure cybersecurity clauses are embedded in third-party agreements to safeguard organizational interests
- The candidates should be able to manage cybersecurity risks, vulnerabilities, and defects, overseeing the process from identification to remediation
- The candidates should be able to perform risk assessments, document findings, and support the implementation of mitigating controls in line with organizational strategy
- The candidates should be able to generate reports showcasing cyber assurance metrics and KPIs, providing insights into performance and compliance
- The candidates should be able to identify cybersecurity risks, communicate solutions based on industry best practices, and recommend effective mitigating controls
- The candidates should be able to introduce innovative processes and initiatives to enhance cyber assurance practices
- The candidates should be able to represent the organization in IT or security-specific forums, especially within the airline sector, ensuring active participation
- The candidates should be able to support the leadership team by contributing to strategic initiatives related to cyber assurance and the broader portfolio
