Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of 4 years of experience leading full-cycle recruitment

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be 16 years of age or older and be resourceful, with a strong eagerness to learn and develop
  • The candidates should be highly adaptable with an entrepreneurial spirit and business focus

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have combined experience working in both a recruitment agency and an in-house talent acquisition team and experience in headhunting and leading targeted sourcing efforts
  • The candidates should be proficient in using platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), with AI-empowered solutions and data aggregation tool experience
  • The candidates should have strong communication and relationship management skills and project management experience
  • The candidates should have experience managing high-volume recruitment, including prioritizing tasks, setting timelines, and aligning expectations with Hiring Managers, HR, and Business Leaders
  • The candidates should have experience using data to drive decision-making and advise the business

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to source top-quality talent by employing the latest and most innovative research techniques, utilizing multiple avenues such as internet search engines, Boolean searches, database searches, social media, referral networks, and third-party agencies
  • The candidates should be able to build a strategic and targeted sourcing plan for each job requisition based on research results critically and accurately assess candidate capabilities using best practices in interviewing to identify the highest quality and most qualified candidates from the sourced pool
  • The candidates should be able to persuasively sell the WMC employment value proposition to identified candidates, using influencing skills and creating a positive experience for each candidate contacted
  • The candidates should be able to identify requirements, target budgets, and service timelines, acting as a Talent Advisor to business leaders through a thorough job intake meeting with the hiring business leader and respective People Manager
  • The candidates should be able to assess talent according to the business’s needs and recommend a shortlist of potential candidates, influencing business leaders on the highest quality candidates that meet the current and future capability needs, as well as the organization’s cultural and values fit
  • The candidates should be able to collaborate with hiring business leaders and People Managers when sourcing or assessment efforts are deemed ineffective, addressing market conditions, potential challenges with role requirements or skill-to-budget constraints, and recommending alternative solutions
  • The candidates should be able to partner with hiring business leaders and People Managers to make final hiring decisions and negotiate offers with candidates
  • The candidates should be able to create a positive experience for each hiring business leader, building credibility for the department and function
