Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have hold a bachelor’s in business, operational excellence, technology, or related field or possess a combination of equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have possess 3 to 5 years of proven track record in data analysis and organizational strategy

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have a background that comprises both the organization’s business understanding and adept understanding of high-quality digital and analytics product delivery
  • The candidates should have good project management skills along with solid analytical, consultative, and diagnostic skills; they should be able to make sound, data-driven business decisions. Prior experience with case development and multi-workstream project management is essential for success in this role
  • The candidates should possess strong business acumen as well as an adept understanding of high-quality digital and analytics product delivery
  • The candidates should be able to view data and an organization from a broad perspective, seeing the overall structure, patterns, and how they interact and influence each other
  • The candidates should be advanced users of the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Outlook) and have an understanding of source-to-pay tools. Prior experience in Tableau or PowerBI is highly beneficial

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to partner closely with multi-functional teams to ensure successful implementation, handle risks, and meet project breakthroughs and able to assist in the development of training materials and business implementation/transition activities
  • The candidates should be able to provide business support in the evaluation of system improvement requests, requirements development and documentation, testing and implementation; production support/troubleshooting, maintenance of system documentation, training, responding to concerns, and presenting results
  • The candidates should be able to address unexpected challenges concerning people and technology and address potential resistance or challenges in digital transformation often involves significant changes in organizational structure, processes, and culture
  • The candidates should be able to become a knowledgeable resource of the data, reporting, and tools by helping to assess and develop the overall data and reporting improvements and strategy and able to participate in the creation of sophisticated reports, dashboards, highly intuitive data models and implementing into various environments for maintenance and monitoring of enterprise
  • The candidates should be able to act as an authority in the implementation of innovative approaches while identifying the efficient blend of measurement and analytic technique
  • The candidates should be able to drive compliance to data strategy, setting guardrails around data management and standards of data quality, and support a data-driven attitude throughout as a key component of decision-making
  • The candidates should be able to use data sets to analyze to deliver actionable insights and recommendations for optimization through experimentation and able to capture, extract, integrate, analyze, synthesize data from various sources, business domains, tools and convert that to valuable information that can be used to measure impact, identify risks, and highlight areas of improvement
  • The candidates should be able to contribute to advancing data analytic literacy, governance, and data-driven culture across the organization and able to foster collaboration across departments and facilitate communication between technical and non-technical partners
  • The candidates should be able to provide guidance, training, and support to ensure effective adoption and utilization of digital technologies across the organization and able to demonstrate effective verbal, written, and listening communication skills and adjust style and technique to assist group process and understanding

  • The candidates should be able to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for anticipating future initiatives, using knowledge of internal and external factors impacting the industry to make decisions and gain experience working with customers to develop solutions to complex business problems
