Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to drive important metrics and financial results and conduct root cause analysis
- The candidate should be able to implement daily rituals and routines in warehouse operations
- The candidate should be able to track and generate productivity savings in operations and perform analytical analysis and improvement on Logistics Operations KPIs
- The candidate should be able to lead day-to-day operational communication with 3PLs and provide daily updates to leadership
- The candidate should be able to lead site weekly and monthly review calls with site managers and drive capital project execution
- The candidate should be able to co-develop pipeline productivity initiatives with site managers and co-facilitate site startups
- The candidate should be able to create purchase orders, review and approve invoices and engage transportation on productivity, site, and carrier performances
- The candidate should be able to identify issues and work with finance and vendors to resolve
- The candidate should be able to provide support and input during the annual financial budget process
