Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics and Statistics
Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in collection credit operations or risk management in the banking or telecommunications industry
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have proven experience in communication strategy development, with the ability to create and execute effective communication plans focused on delinquency management and adjust strategies based on performance metrics and industry trends
- The candidates should possess strong analytical skills, with expertise in analyzing communication metrics and delinquency data to assess effectiveness, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
- The candidates should have experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, particularly in areas related to collections, risk management, and customer service, to develop integrated strategies for delinquency prevention and management
- The candidates should have in-depth knowledge of delinquency management practices, industry regulations, and emerging trends in communication technologies and techniques, with the ability to apply this knowledge to enhance communication strategies and mitigate risk
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to develop and implement communication strategies that create and execute comprehensive plans to address delinquency issues
- The candidates should be able to manage internal and external communications, ensuring clear and consistent messaging to both internal teams and external stakeholders, including customers and partners
- The candidates should be able to analyze and report on communication metrics by tracking and evaluating the impact of communication initiatives on delinquency rates, using key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and adjust strategies
- The candidates should be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including collections, risk management, digital, and customer service, to develop and implement strategies that address and prevent delinquency
- The candidates should be able to stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies related to delinquency prevention and communication strategies, integrating best practices and innovative solutions
