Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have 7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have 5+ years of technical product or program management experience and 3+ years of software development experience
- The candidates should have 5+ years of technical program management experience working directly with software engineering teams
- The candidates should have experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules
- The candidates should have 5+ years of project management experience, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, as well as risk and critical path management
- The candidates should have experience managing projects across cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes, and coordinating release schedules
- The candidates should have experience defining KPIs or SLA’s used to drive multi-million-dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
