Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering and mathematics
Experience: Candidates should have 5+ years of design, implementation, or consulting experience in applications and infrastructures
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should possess an equivalent field, or have 8+ years of professional or military experience
- The candidates should have experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive-level stakeholders or clients
- The candidates should have experience within specific technology domain areas software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data and analytics
- The candidates should have 5+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking experience
- The candidates should have knowledge of software development tools and methodologies
- The candidates should have experience working with end-user or developer communities and experience in a technical role within a sales organization
- The candidates should have experience architecting or operating solutions built on AWS and experienced with the startup ecosystem
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to engage directly with startup customers to provide them with technical advocacy as they build their products in the cloud, ensuring they spend as little time and money as possible
- The candidates should be able to create plans, in conjunction with other members of customer account teams, to define how they will help customers with their cloud needs
- The candidates should be able to share their technical knowledge broadly by participating in select, startup-focused, one-to-few and one-to-many sessions with larger groups of customers
- The candidates should be able to work with other teams at AWS marketing, training to contribute to the creation of content that can be delivered to the broader startup community at scale online videos, and other digital content
