Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completed high school
Experience: Candidates should have previous experience in warehouse, supply chain, logistics, supply, and airline operations

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to use a computer and navigate through various software and be available to work days, evenings, nights, and weekends
  • The candidates should be eligible to work in the country of interest at the time of any employment offer, with any required work permits, visas, or authorizations being the sole responsibility of the candidate

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should hold a valid driver’s license and meet Air Canada’s medical standards, including passing a medical evaluation, drug and alcohol test, and being free of intoxicating substances
  • The candidates should be able to obtain and maintain applicable transportation security clearances and additional authorizations depending on the work location

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to perform daily auditing, shipping, receiving, inspection, issuing, order processing, unserviceable processing, and stocking of inventory while updating the internal ERP system accordingly
  • The candidates should be able to coordinate the delivery of AOG (Aircraft on Ground) parts, including customs clearance of AOG parts after hours
  • The candidates should be able to action reports, including time-expired material, issued-out parts/tooling, and wheel rotation
  • The candidates should be able to understand customs regulations and prepare shipping documentation
  • The candidates should be able to ensure Air Canada corporate guidelines and policies are always adhered to while working in a safe manner
  • The candidates should be able to perform heavy lifting, take initiative while managing workload and priorities efficiently and perform other related duties
