Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of four years of leadership experience in retail or another service industry

- The candidates should be able to support Team Members in resolving customer concerns effectively and administer health and safety procedures and implement loss prevention protocols
- The candidates should be able to work on the sales floor daily, assessing Team Member performance, working conditions, and overall
- The candidates should be able to foster team-building opportunities to develop a strong, results-driven team
- The candidates should be able to recruit, hire, train, and mentor Team Members, supporting career growth within Princess Auto
- The candidates should be able to manage and complete performance reviews while coaching Team Members for success in their roles
