Transportation information:Â Valid driver’s licence, Willing to travel, Willing to travel regularly

Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 5 years or more
Type of industry experience:Â Mines and quarries
Security and safety:Â Driver’s validity licence check, Driving record check (abstract), Drug test
Physical Requirements:

Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorized (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to hire, train, direct and motivate staff, advise senior management, evaluate efficiency of production sites
- The candidates should be able to recommend operational changes to ensure that production quotas and procedures are met
- The candidates should be able to determine adequacy of personnel, equipment and technologies used for operations, establish work schedules
- The candidates should be able to plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
- The candidates should be able to confer with other managers to set production quotas, to plan extraction sites and to develop policies for the removal of raw materials
- The candidates should be able to ensure adherence to safety regulations
- The candidates should be able to prepare production reports
