Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education:Â Candidates should have completion of Degree in Health Care or Business Administration
Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or leadership position
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have the ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- The candidates should be physically capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling 50lbs on a regular basis
- The candidates should be able to host regular staff meetings and be comfortable speaking to large groups of staff
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have a High School Diploma, supplemented with leadership, management, or supervisory courses
- The candidates should have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively (verbally and in writing) with influence, with frontline staff and various levels of leadership
- The candidates should have proficient typing and computer skills, including email, creating documents using Word, creating and updating spreadsheets using Excel, and collaborating virtually using Teams or a similar platform
- The candidates should demonstrate LEADs in a Caring Environment key skills, behaviors, and abilities
- The candidates should have a client-focused orientation and a commitment to providing quality services
- The candidates should possess critical or analytical thinking, problem-solving, planning, developing others, change leadership, time management, and organizational skills
- The candidates should be accountable for people resource management, working within budgetary or financial objectives, and ensuring adherence to policy and guidelines
- The candidates should have experience in managing unionized staff
- The candidates should be knowledgeable about Environmental Services, Infection prevention and control best practices and protocols surface cleaning and outbreak management or have similar experience
- The candidates should have central portering or similar logistical experience
