Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should hold a Registered Apprenticeship certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 5 years or more
Credentials:Â Aerial lift and aerial work platform Certification, Industrial Rope Access Trade Association (IRATA) Certification, Suspended access training, Occupational Health and Safety Certificate, Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate, First Aid Certificate
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working at heights and be willing to work in wet or damp conditions and work in hot environments
- The candidates should be prepared to work outdoors and be aware of the potential dangers involved in the job
- The candidates should be comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to work under pressure
- The candidates should be capable of meeting tight deadlines and be willing to perform repetitive tasks
- The candidates should be physically fit for physically demanding work and have good manual dexterity
- The candidates should be able to perform tasks that involve bending, crouching, and kneeling, as well as be skilled in handling heavy loads
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate a strong focus on clients, be highly dependable, and possess efficient interpersonal skills
- The candidates should excel in both oral and written communication, exhibit flexibility, and show initiative
- The candidates should exercise good judgment and be reliable
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to hire and train or arrange for training of cleaning staff, supervise and coordinate the activities of workers, and inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards
- The candidates should be able to prepare a budget and cost estimates, recommend or arrange for additional maintenance services, and maintain financial records
- The candidates should be able to receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs, assist cleaners in performing their duties, coordinate work activities with other departments, and establish work schedules
