Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have a university degree, college diploma, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience: Candidates should have Experience or a strong willingness to learn about the Automotive Aftermarket Parts Industry is a requirement

• The candidates should be able to manage in an environment of change and ambiguity, taking bold and strategic moves in the rapidly evolving retail environment
• The candidates should be creative thinkers who take initiative and can build, launch, and manage projects/programs that drive results for customers
• The candidates should be problem solvers with the ability to analyze and prioritize to meet business objectives

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should have proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint), KNIME, SQL, with strong data mining/Information Warehouse (EDW/PPA) and EUC development skills
• The candidates should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to use a systematic and logical approach to problem-solving
• They candidates should possess project coordination and timeline management skills, along with the ability to prioritize action plans in a time-sensitive, complex work environment

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to optimize store inventory levels/parameters to ensure proper product availability at PartSource stores
• The candidates should support the PartSource Network through building/recommending new parts assortments for new and existing stores
• The candidates should support enhancements to current End User Computing (EUC) applications leveraging PartSource Operating System “PartsWatch”
• The candidates should optimize the return on investment in PartSource inventory, transportation fleet, and physical resources
• The candidates should be able to forecast promotional, commercial, seasonal set-ups, and new product introductions
• The candidates should act as a PartSource Supply Chain single point of contact for Category Management, Marketing, Stores, and the Canadian Tire Supply Chain
• The candidates should collaborate with Category Management to ensure optimal lead times, MOQ’s, and inventory transition strategies are negotiated with new and existing suppliers
• The candidates should build inventory reporting/scorecards to support the PartSource senior team
