Supervision: 1 to 2 people

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as College/CEGEP
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

• The candidates should be capable of working under pressure
• The candidates should be able to meet tight deadlines
• The candidates should be capable of handling heavy loads
• The candidates should have a strong attention to detail

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to establish work schedules and procedures, coordinate activities with other work units or departments, and prepare and submit reports
• The candidates should be able to ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, arrange for maintenance and repair work, and resolve work-related problems
• The candidates should be able to recruit and hire staff, train workers in duties and policies, and arrange training for staff
• The candidates should be able to conduct performance reviews, coordinate, assign, and review work, and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
• The candidates should be able to plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the organization and organize and maintain inventory
