Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge: Electronic mail, MS Excel, MS Word
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to pay attention to detail, work in a fast-paced environment, and work under pressure

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to complete sales transactions, keep shop and warehouse clean, and perform routine clerical duties
- The candidates should be able to pick up and deliver materials, prepare price quotations, and process files and paperwork
- The candidates should be able to provide customer service, provide information on available materials, and calculate costs of orders
- The candidates should be able to charge or forward invoices to appropriate accounts, complete and process international purchase orders, and obtain price quotations from catalogues and suppliers
- The candidates should be able to prepare and maintain purchasing files, reports and records, prepare purchase orders, and process purchases
- The candidates should be able to resolve delivery and other problems with suppliers, review requisition orders for accuracy, and set up and maintain inventory control system
- The candidates should be able to verify stock availability from current inventories, compile inventory reports, and conduct quality control
- The candidates should be able to dispose of and account for outdated stock, liaise with Canada Customs, and maintain stock rotation
- The candidates should be able to monitor inventory levels of issued materials and stocks, pack items for shipping and distribution, and place stock on shelves
- The candidates should be able to prepare inventory costs, retail pricing and profit reports, prepare requisition orders to replenish stock, and reconcile physical inventories with computer counts
- The candidates should be able to record the quantity, type and value of stock on hand using computerized or manual inventory system, unpack goods received, and verify receipts and packing slips
Candidate Status:
