Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education:Â Candidates should have bachelor of Science/Engineering or equivalent
Experience: Candidates should have 6+ years extensive experiences on support services and operations
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have expert technical knowledge in the Radio domain with 8+ years of experience
- The candidates should have experience in troubleshooting various radios (8843/4449/6649/4490) and basebands (BB6648/SM6701/SM6705)
- The candidates should be familiar with Ericsson software release and delivery notes
- The candidates should have familiarity with ENM/Crash tools/KPI/Counters
- The candidates should have experience in troubleshooting fiber and SFP (CPRI, eCPRI)
- The candidates should have experience with Traces BB & RAC, which is a plus
- RAN installation experience is a must, including hardware installation and configuration
- The candidates should have a good background in RF performance/network optimization, which is a plus
- The candidates should be able to articulate technical issues in a clear and understandable manner
- The candidates should possess excellent communication skills
- The candidates should be willing to travel on short notice
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to perform troubleshooting on Customer reported RAN issues/CSRs
- The candidates should be able to deliver remedy/resolution and analysis for the Radio Domain (RAN)
- The candidates should be able to be on call 24/7 on a rotation basis to handle customer issues, escalations, and/or emergencies
- The candidates should be able to be willing to travel to Customer sites on a need basis for local support activities
- The candidates should be able to work on Ericsson standard support tools for tickets such as CSR (Customer Service Request), MHWEB, Metis, etc.
