Salary: $25.00 hourly 40 hours per week

Location: Fort St. John, BC
Shifts: Day

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to manipulate sections of pipes or drill stems at the rig floor during drilling operations and during the removal and replacement of pipes, drill stems, and drill bits
  • The candidates should be able to assist other workers in maintaining drilling equipment on the drill floor, ensuring smooth operations
  • The candidates should be able to handle, sort, and move drill pipes, tools, cement, and other materials as required during drilling activities
  • The candidates should be able to clean up rig areas to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
  • The candidates should be able to assist in setting up, taking down, and transporting drilling and service rigs and service equipment efficiently and safely
